Unreliable

The app is unreliable. It closes on its own 80% of the time.

Very difficult setup of the base (scale).

The qardio base gives very unreliable measurements. This company has great ideas but is lacking on ease of use and reliability.

I look forward to using their products when their technology is consistent.
