App Unusable After iOS 9 Update

The app will not even open, it just crashes. This is horrible! There is nothing I can do to fix this, the update released (a month after the problem started) has not addressed this issue.
I own TWO Qardio blood pressure cuffs neither of which I can use anymore. Please correct this ASAP!
