O aplicativo avisa que precisa de acessório e o pessoal tem obrigação de ler antes de baixar e falar mau do aplicativo que baixou de graça e que os caras tiveram um trabalhão para fazer.
Nunca consegui fazer que o App sincronizasse com meu Apple Watch. Já mandei mensagem pro suporte e não responderam. O App não cumpre o prometido.
Não oferece a leitura PA pelo Apple Watch como as imagens sugerem... Depende da compra de equipamentos para seu funcionamento!!!

This app is no lie supported
I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years. Today it asks for a login! Nothing worked. All the login methods will not send a link to either text message or email I have Face ID enabled. Nothing. I did a forget device and now it won’t pair because I can’t get into the app. I need support.
Can’t even get the app to allow me to create an account
I had to recently replace batteries because my device totally died. In the past this was never an issue, remove batteries replace batteries close up device and reopened it and voila, back on. A month ago however, I removed and replaced batteries and it needed me to log in…..Qardio did NOT recognize my email or password, kept getting error about Qardio service error. Tried to reset password, again, Qardio service error. Deleted app, reinstalled and repeats steps not once not twice but 5 times. Deleting app, reinstalling app, removing batteries replacing batteries and there seems to be NO service from Qardio?? WHATS UP???????

This company is bankrupt and the app does not work at all. You can’t access anything. Why is it still on the App Store?
The app has not been working for weeks and there’s no message to say what’s going on.
STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS Haven’t been able to log into the app in weeks due to some server issue. So glad I spent money on expensive equipment.
Doesn’t work, tried several times from different devices.
I have used for 2-3 years and had no problems and now cannot sign in as I keep getting messages cannot connect to server. No one to call to help fix. Very disappointed as was great prior to now. This has gone on for over a month.
I felt ill and couldn’t use devices because of logging service outage. This is a nonsense care.
This app and all of the equipment I purchased from this company are basically bricks. The equipment can NOT connect to the servers, so it’s useless.
Appears that Qardio’s support link has been removed (404’s) and because the app can no longer find the server to connect to, the expensive hardware, with no display, is now a useless brick. Why is this app still even in the App Store?
So my device all of a sudden states web site unavailable check your internet connection. Has the company gone out of busy without any type of message to the consumer. This is typical behavior of greedy business, never any consideration for the consumer.
Good luck getting any service out of these people. The app stopped working all of a sudden claiming that there was no Internet if there was no Internet I couldn’t write this review…. Horrible service.
Have two heart, scale, and thermometer from Qardio. All good products, was trying to reinstall app that requires login and email at support no longer exists. Cannot connect to any products without re registration 🤬. Search for Qardio with ai comes back may be bankrupt as many complaints about not being able to contact.
Looks like this company sold out to a medical firm. When you try to log in, it won’t let you, regardless if you try to reset your password, uninstall the app, etc. Hitting the support button takes you to a nonexistent page, and when searching on the web, the actual site appears, but the support page is gone. An expensive piece of useless fraud.
Still can’t reach anyone at this company must be out of business.
Took your money and bailed, leaving behind useless hardware that people depended on for their health and livelihood. No notice or concern for peoples wellbeing. What a disappointed you are to your father. Be better
The Qardio app does not appear to be working anymore. It gives a message that at the “service cannot be reached, check your Internet connection, and try again!”

I have had the scale and Blood Pressure monitor for over 3 years. Both devices are perfectly fine and functional, I took care of them. The problem is the company is out of order. I was using it until about a week ago today is 3/22/2025. The app stop working and you can’t even log in. I’m very upset because both devices are useless now. What a shame at the very least they could have sent an email stating they were going out of business or dropping the consumer line and focusing on the medical end. Shame on you Qardio.
No issues for years. Now it’s missing days and not letting me in at all. Tracking data syncs to other apps. Will update this review when this issue is resolved
This company is bankrupt. Do not buy any of their products. They have not contacted existing customers and are selling devices they no longer support. It’s a shady situation and I’m now out ~$150 in equipment. I’m so disappointed.
Had an older model device that worked great. I “upgraded” to an newer model, and it refuses to pair properly. As long as the device is plugged in, the app will find it. Once you disconnect it to actually take a reading, it suddenly cant be found. Do yourself a favor and use a real device like Omron.
My QardioBase scale and QardioArm devices are useless bricks because this company stopped supporting the app, and there are rumors they went bankrupt. Such a shame. I lost all my data as well.
Service is not responding, not even able to login
I just got a new phone, and whenever try to log into the app, I get a message that says the Qardio service cannot be reached. Are you gonna let me return my blood pressure monitor for a full refund?
Now BP reports not functioning. Apparently there is no one actively patching problems with this app. After all the purchases of equipment to auto-record and report health data, users seem to have been abandoned with no alternative app.
I have loved this app until the past two days. I am unable to connect to the Cardio server, which makes the app unusable.
Can’t login to the app anymore. The servers are dead. Don’t buy any of their products. Makes you want to quit buying these types of products because everything is tied to logins and data. When the company goes under, the product is useless.

Qardio has folded as a company. Only a matter of time before app ceases to work.
Company apparently went bankrupt and failed to notify the people who have been using the equipment. My equipment will no longer work. There is no Customer support.
The app is effectively gone once you delete and try to reinstall all your data is gone!!
As of 3/13/25 the Qardio servers that provide logging for the app are down. The support email address is also unreachable.😕
Went to use my devices and app. Nothing works at all. Says my internet down even though I am using for everything else today and it is just fine. Can’t get through to support. I monitor my bp and other vitals daily for important health. Hard to do when everything doesn’t work suddenly. Can’t even use app with purchased Qardio devices. All worthless right now.
I guess this means they finally shutdown their services for good. Not even a warning or giving me a way to migrate my 9 years of history across 4 different scales. Bummer!

Probably the worst customer service possible. It typically takes 5 to 6 attempts to reach someone (we’ll get right back to you) and then you get the standard printed version. I have the BP cuff and scale. The BP registers on the app software, the scale does not. I also get daily reminders to test something OS? which I don’t have. Very frustrating. Would love to talk to someone before I throw the BP cuff out and go with someone else

The app developer does not respond to requests for support and their help page does not load. I do not recommend this app or their products.
This “free” app is nothing more than a lure to subscribe to services you have to pay for, services that you can obtain from other health apps for free elsewhere. The option of syncing the app with your Apple iPhone is worthless; it doesn’t sync any data at all. Your data will never appear in the app unless you BUY and use the additional required hardware. Installing this app was a total waste of time.😡 Score: Minus 10.
I purchased BP cuff, thermometer, and 2 scales. All fine. In December I ordered an oximeter. As of mid February I have not received it. I have emailed them 2-3 times with no reply. Can no longer trust this company.
It doesn’t connect to Iwatch or other apps to collect heart rate or other data. Wants you to buy their heart rate monitor.
