Returned BP cuff the same day I received it. The cuff inflates to a certain pressure and then quickly deflates without measuring any Blood Pressure. It cycles in this manner repeatedly. I tried repositioning cuff and resetting the hardware without any success. Look elsewhere. This is not a reliable or working sphygmomonameter.
Lately it works well for me. Earlier versions couldnt connect to the device but seems like they fixed that.
Just installed the update and it locks up my iPhone within seconds. Not sure whats going on but it worked very well before the newest update.
Also having the lockup issue. How can i submit a bug report or logs to get this resolved? Even letting the app set it will lock up. Its after about 5-10 seconds after you start the app, regardless of what you do in app.
Complete lockup on iPhone when using the new release...please fix it ASAP!
Quite possibly the worst app I have used. Spend a hundred on a gadget that can only be controlled by an app, you would think they would get the app right. Hangs Can delete log entries Touchpad becomes unresponsive on most areas you need to make a selection This is garbage . Get it fixed a asap please. A very disgruntled customer
The new version freezes every time you use it. Makes the device not useable. Can no longer get blood pressure measurements at all. Please downgrade back to the old version that worked Qardio team!!
New version broke the whole thing. No longer able to take measurements. App freezes! Please fix quickly, I can fell my Bp rising just thinking about it.

The latest version has a constant lockup issue. Cant take a single test without the app hanging. It worked perfectly fine prior to today.
I have the same issue as others are reporting. Cant complete a single reading. Please fix ASAP as I rely on daily readings for reporting to my cardiologist!
Please fix this app. The latest update crashes constantly and is almost non-functional. Many people rely on your technology as a life and death measure. To release such an unstable product is utterly irresponsible. Read your reviews. Theres clearly a problem.
Latest update freezes upon launch. When it did not freeze upon launch it froze in the middle of taking pressure. Worked fine until the June 6th update.
Latest update just lock up. If you do even get a chance to try to take your BP it does not get past initiating the cuff. Update is completely rendering the QardioArm useless.
Like many others, I purchased this because it was advertised as compatible with Apples HealthKit and Health app. And, like many others one of the first things I did was to enable "integrate with Apple Health" in this apps settings. Which, it turns out, is why like many others, the app did little more than lock-up each time it tried to communicate with Apples Health app. Folks, this may be a fine device, but without the ability to combine (aggregate) its results in one place along with data from multiple other sources, its just a BP cuff and an overpriced one at that. They are very impressed with their own app (which they believe is "good enough" for anyone), but just dont get it when it comes to Apples HealthKit. So unless and until they figure this out, DONT BUY ANYTHING WITH THE QARDIO BRAND. There are better and less expensive alternatives if you dont care about HealthKit. NOTE: This issue is only the beginning of problems with this product and this vendor. It is surprising that Apple would endorse the product on its website. For instance, apparently there is no easy way to share the device on more than a single iPhone (so my wife cannot also use the device and track her results over time). Add to this the lip-service-only that serves as Customer Service (they offer only eMail support, and ignore you following their first "canned" reply). Do yourself a favor and avoid this device and its vendor.
Do you even test your apps before releasing them? Completely unusable now...
How could their QC group let such a failure of an update be released. Incomprehensible the way some companies are managed now a days.
How you can manage to release a bug fix and totally turn the device into a brick is beyond me? Ill be returning this device and never buy anything from withings again as it is totally useless. Withings or is it now Nokia obviously doesnt have quality control and the customer in mind when they will release software of such diabolical quality.
