Did anyone test this app? What a mess, the interface is incredibly non-intuitive, the app crashes constantly, the data is not user specific (meaning the last person who uses appears on all users devices). I will give the scale and app a couple more weeks, then its off to Amazon return land!

It crashes a lot. Logs me out randomly and therefore doesnt consistently provide reminders and has had a number of glitches and crashes when communicating with qardiobase.

Simply does not work. You would think minimum performance would need to be evaluated before releasing to market, but evidently developer and Apple do not care about their customers or neither would allow this piece of junk to be sold.

The Inibality of this app to work properly is enough to raise anyones blood pressure, cannot stay logged in, on first login history is missing have to logout and log back in to view history

Changing my review from 5 star to one star. Cant measure my blood pressure anymore. Lost all my history for my doctor. The new version requires credentials. Maybe the old version required them too, but I have it for such a long time and dont remember. Anyway... Password reset form does not work - lost everything. Why do I even need to sign in the first place? Cant you just keep the history on the device? VERY BAD!

Upgraded this app this morning, it no longer works just crashes when trying to open. So I am no longer able to check my blood pressure, awesome.

I like the app.. Works great... I had no problems from the moment I opened the box... Unroll power is on, app on.. Paired and took a bp... And has worked ever since... Love it!!!

So the scale seems cheap on the bottom just like any other scale. It takes 8 AAA batteries and is not well balanced. I expect someone will fall trying to get off of this thing if you step to close to the edge. The top of the scale is well made and discrete. The software seems great but has difficulty pairing to the scale correctly. I had to reset the scale before it would actually read it was me and measure body fat. I added my son but when my wife tried to add herself it also would not check her body fat (probably a good thing if it wants to continue living). The scale needs to re design and the app needs work.

Need to sign in every time I use the app. It doesnt even remember my username. Touch ID function doesnt work. Apple Watch app doesnt work

The app will not even open, it just crashes. This is horrible! There is nothing I can do to fix this, the update released (a month after the problem started) has not addressed this issue. I own TWO Qardio blood pressure cuffs neither of which I can use anymore. Please correct this ASAP!

why on earth doesnt this app have a native iPad version?

Loved the Qardio cuff and the app. But then iOS 9 broke the app and it started crashing at launch. After reaching out to Qardio Support, they assured me that my data was safely in my online account and that I could delete the app and reinstall. Deleting the app and reinstalling it solved my issues. And on first launch, all my historical data was synchronized and appeared in the app as before. Whew! The app and my cuff are once again working as before. It really is a slick little app and makes viewing my historical data easy and clear (much more so than the Health app). Qardio Support was prompt and helpful. Im a fan.

Disappointed. Old version was great and just worked. Now my cuff is a worthless piece of junk. Dont buy from them. My other devices (Oxygen, weight, etc,) have displays so you can at least use them when there is issues with Bluetooth, the qardio cuff has a single green light that doesnt tell you much and now with the app update it isnt working at all. Stay away.

Finally, works great – the update fixes everything, login, Touch ID, AND APPLE PAY all work now! Thanks

The cuff only worked reliably for 10 months requiring changes of batteries every 45 to 60 days. I could not get the cuff to take readings 10 months and on even with an attempt to get help from their European support organization. They kept referring me to their tutorials online essentially saying I was not using the product correctly.

First the arm. It took me ages of playing to get it to work reliably. Itd often not light up the green button on the app. What Ive found is you should open the app first and go to Arm with grey button. Then open cuff. If it doesnt turn green swipe up your iPhone control dock and turn Bluetooth off then on. That usually fixes it. Pretty ridiculous to have to jump through so many hoops but I can live with it now. As for the Base (the scale), total frustration. Ive been on phone with support multiple times. Theres obviously something wrong with it but they wont send me a replacement and keep wanting to try one more thing whether its an app update or some mysterious firmware update thats coming next week but never does. I have to keep removing batteries, resetting device, re onboard it, etc. Sometimes I mess with it for a hour just to get one reading. Right now it acts like a dumb scale. It will give me weight but not upload the readings. Gives wifi error despite me confirming wifi is set up correctly. Very frustrated. Right now they want me to wait for a new firmware update. It feels like they are trying to run out a clock. Good customer service would have been to send me a new one with a prepaid mailer to send defective unit back so THEY could spend ages trying to get that one to work. Oh its also been mentioned to me it may not be compatible with my wifi. I have an Apple Time Capsule. Really? Their product doesnt work with Apple wifi units? Unbelievable. Im going to invoke my Amex purchase protection soon if they dont replace this thing. :(

Have been using it for a long time with the bp monitor and now with the scale. Way simpler and nicer than anything I have tried before

Love the apple health integration!
